Inspired by early rock and roll legends of the ’60s and ’70s (including The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and David Bowie), Rachel grew up with a fiery passion for music. She started cultivating her guitar skills at age 11 and began playing in several bands with wide varieties of genres in Orange County, where she lives and still performs regularly.  Rachel Perry is a song writer and, as an expert at guitar, bass, ukulele, keys, vocals and percussion, she is a versatile hired gun. She has sold out both the Roxy and the Coach House, she has sung onstage with the Beach Boys, played hundreds of piano bars and solo guitar gigs all across Southern California, and has toured Europe.

Even while keeping this busy schedule, for the last 14 years Rachel has added the role of teacher to her arsenal. She gives private lessons in vocals, violin, ukulele, guitar, bass, piano and drums.
